📋 Description

• Lead new clients through the digital onboarding process • Conduct training sessions to help clients use digital marketing tools and the client dashboard • Set up clients on digital advertising products according to their business objectives • Manage follow-up with clients and publishers to obtain account permissions before campaign start dates • Provide early reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize digital advertising efforts • Support the team when permissions cannot be given by shifting clients to a different product • Act as the point of contact via calls, text, or video for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients • Familiarity with digital marketing reporting tools and experience conducting reporting calls • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or at a digital agency • Previous digital account manager experience with the Meta platform • DSP experience • Experience with Google Ads and Google My Business • Experience in digital advertising is required
