📋 Description

• Call prospective patients daily and schedule assessments with Onboarding Specialists • Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources • Meet daily and weekly goals for scheduled assessments • Communicate effectively with patients • Work independently and as a key member of the team • Maintain contact with referral sources, Onboarding Specialists, and internal associates • Place scheduled assessments on Onboarding Specialist calendars • Document calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce • Create a positive first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and explain its services • Monitor and track daily assessments • Assemble marketing materials • Conduct quality assurance calls • Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and ad-hoc meetings • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in communications and interactions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience to justify an exception • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience • Previous outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience, including cold calling (preferred) • Knowledge of sales processes, healthcare products, and industry (preferred) • Energetic yet compassionate phone skills • Great problem-solving ability • Persuasion skills • Ability to stay extremely organized • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Self-starter able to work with little to no supervision • Excellent oral, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or similar software • Ability to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory • Availability to work extended hours as needed and outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis • Must be eligible to work in the country
