BinSentry is a company that provides AI-enhanced, solar-powered, self-cleaning machine-vision sensors paired with a cloud-based subscription platform to monitor feed inventory in bins and silos for livestock and feed operations. They combine installed hardware, lifetime-warrantied equipment, and a managed service model (installation, maintenance, analytics, and critical event management) to give real-time, actionable inventory data that reduces feed waste, trucking and labor costs, and out-of-feed events for large agricultural customers.

📋 Description

• Own the product vision and long-term roadmap by translating customer needs, market trends, and internal capabilities into a focused strategy that drives growth and innovation • Act as a key member of the executive team, collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and others to prioritize initiatives and align product direction with business strategy • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations to scope, develop, and deliver product solutions balancing usability, scalability, and technical feasibility • Lead efforts to understand the full value chain, including upstream and downstream workflows before and after product use, to inform roadmap development and product positioning • Identify opportunities for new products and features that create meaningful differentiation and long-term customer value • Define and articulate how each product initiative supports the broader P&L and strategic priorities of the business • Guide the company through critical product decisions, bringing a software-native, outcome-focused perspective to a hardware-and-software business • Report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the CTO, COO, and broader executive team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or hardware-enabled software businesses • Demonstrated success in setting product vision and building roadmaps that guide company strategy and drive material business outcomes • Experience developing new products from concept to launch, not just iterating on existing platforms • Strong foundation in SaaS product management and experience introducing best practices that complement teams with deep industry or hardware expertise • Experience operating at the $10–25M ARR stage, ideally within PE-backed environments • Experience working directly with executive teams and boards in fast-paced, performance-driven settings • Strong track record of linking product strategy to P&L impact, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and long-term margin expansion • Experience working in AgTech software is a plus • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and succeed in new, complex markets
