📋 Description

• Manage assigned patient reimbursement projects and cases for the NavieGo branch • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare providers • Coordinate and manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients • Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physicians’ offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions • Coordinate documents, submissions, and related paperwork for insurance companies and public/federal funding programs • Foster and build relationships with key clinics • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding has been obtained • Acquire in-depth knowledge of public, private, and federal funding mechanisms • Collaborate with the dispensing BioScript Pharmacy pharmacist on overall patient case management

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingualism in English and French is required • Prior experience in a reimbursement role is a strong asset • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Apps, Word, and Excel • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Attention to detail • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Out-of-the-box thinking approach • Able to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering 8 AM to 8 PM EST
