📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and maintain SOPs and other references/resources for internal communications • Support internal and external reporting and analysis on department activity • Assist with drafting process flow visualizations and process amendments • Perform other operational and administrative duties as required • Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations teams, including Policy & Project, Regional Managers, Ops Leads, Vendor Management, and Partner/Programs • Collaborate with Facilities Management to assist with and lead pharmacy renovations and buildings • Manage new or unplanned projects with agility and flexibility • Conduct background research and analysis and prepare materials supporting pharmacy activities • Support the VP of Operations with various tasks and projects • Promote a culture of caring aligned with the mission of simplifying access to specialty care

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry • Excellent understanding of BioScript Pharmacy operations considered an asset • Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage files and issues across multiple locations • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and adjust timetables based on demand and circumstances • Ability to process a large volume of information and responsibilities • Impeccable attention to detail • Strong problem-solving skills • Team-oriented and flexible, with willingness to support challenges as needed • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • English proficiency required • French and English bilingualism may be required depending on the role, location, and organizational needs
