📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes • Present findings clearly and practically • Monitor performance against targets • Support business reviews, executive presentations, and ad hoc analysis • Partner with clinic operations, pharmacy, patient support program services, and leadership teams to translate business questions into analytics solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enhancements, program efficiencies, and patient experience improvements • Standardize data definitions, reporting processes, and KPI frameworks • Strengthen data capture, coding, and reporting practices to improve data integrity • Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, business rules, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data models • Define business needs, assess capability gaps, and determine solution approaches • Develop estimates, cost-benefit analyses, and business cases • Lead testing and user acceptance testing • Support real-world data and real-world evidence collection and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business insights, data analytics, financial analysis, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or operational insight roles • Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools • Experience working with large datasets, identifying trends, and communicating insights to non-technical audiences • Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, patient support programs, or healthcare analytics required • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Analytical thinking, problem solving, and data storytelling skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing • Experience in cost-benefit analysis, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment • English required • IIBA or similar experience and vendor/partner experience are assets • French bilingualism is an asset
