📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements • Lead requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution discussions with cross-functional teams • Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and system enhancements • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams • Act as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sapiens CoreSuite Claims and Digital capabilities • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives • Support configuration, implementation, and enhancement initiatives within the Sapiens CoreSuite platform • Facilitate stakeholder reviews, solution walkthroughs, and user acceptance activities • Assist with defect triage, issue resolution, and production support during implementation and post-go-live • Contribute to test planning, test case review, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry • Strong domain expertise in Workers' Compensation claims and business processes • Hands-on functional experience with Sapiens CoreSuite, particularly Claims and Digital modules • Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage complex business and functional requirements • Experience facilitating workshops and communicating effectively with business and technical stakeholders • Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, insurance operations, and digital customer journeys • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Exposure to testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case review, and defect validation (preferred but not a primary focus)
