📋 Description

• Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives • Design and optimize workflows related to electronic health records (EHR) • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums • Provide ongoing support, address issues, and continuously optimize workflows • Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve challenges • Conduct routine audits to ensure users are provisioned in alignment with segregation of duties and audit compliance • Implement quality assurance processes • Establish best practices and ensure solution delivery adheres to defined standards • Develop regular and thorough status communications for senior leadership and stakeholders • Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutions • Work within a high-demand, performance-driven environment implementing scalable solutions aligned with business strategy • Travel up to 50% out-of-area and overnight

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage portfolios of work • Solid understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach others • Keen ability to engage and lead teams • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skills • Effective documentation and reporting skills • 3+ years’ experience working with Yardi EHR, eMAR, and associated modules, strongly preferred • 5+ years’ experience in technical troubleshooting • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements • Familiarity with ICD-10 coding terminology • Familiarity with medical terminology • Familiarity with clinical workflow processes and EHR best practices • Medical billing experience is helpful • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field • Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening • Verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position
