📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations, including loan administration and servicing • Execute payments, transactions, service requests, administrative activities, and stakeholder inquiry fulfillment within SLAs • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, workflows, relationships, and business results • Provide advice and guidance on solution implementation • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Respond to standard and non-standard inquiries from internal business partners and external customers • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Integrate information from multiple sources for efficient processes, enhanced analysis, and streamlined reporting • Analyze strategic problems, data, and information to provide insights and recommendations • Gather and format data for regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Support change-management execution and sustainment activities • Resolve standard issues and refer non-routine issues to senior team members or the manager • Serve as a problem-solving resource for junior staff • Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and procedures • Participate in planning, testing, and implementation of projects, products/services, and process changes • Process service requests, transactions, and activities accurately and timely within SLAs • Check and reconcile information and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Identify and resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary • Perform administrative documentation tasks, including distributing, collecting, and filing • Data enter, review, and verify loan information and documentation • Manage documentation and maintain proper records • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to fulfill service delivery expectations • Collaborate on new process/system development and improvements • Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Support development of tools and delivery of training • Propose new solutions and exercise judgment to diagnose and solve problems • Work mostly independently • Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework, Risk Culture, Risk Appetite, policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • In-depth mortgage knowledge, including ratios, risks, mortgage conditions, and lending practices • Good audit experience • Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting processes and credit risk assessment • In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • In-depth knowledge of business unit products and services, processes, and controls • In-depth knowledge of business risk and regulatory requirements • Good prioritization skills • In-depth PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth influence skills • Fluency in French and English • Ability to support clients and team members inside and/or outside Quebec
