📋 Description

• Review and process documents in French and English to meet industry regulatory obligations • Administer retail mutual fund client accounts • Execute financial and non-financial transactions accurately and promptly • Contact internal and external clients to collect missing information • Resolve not-in-good-order (NIGO) transactions in a timely manner • Support investment professionals serving Canadian investors and their retirement and financial goals • Work rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma required or equivalent experience • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, is required • Advanced communication skills in both official languages • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience • Strong desire to learn and grow • Flexibility and adaptability • Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client issues • Ability to adopt and work with new technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented • Current authorization to work in Canada is required • Ability to work rotating Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
