📋 Description

• Provide daily operational service support and exceptional client experiences • Resolve client problems, tickets, and service requests promptly and effectively • Identify, address, or refer enhancement opportunities during client interactions • Apply interest adjustments within authorized limits and track client service fee collection • Analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence for strategic planning • Identify process improvements and provide input into operational program planning and implementation • Participate in audits and client issue resolution; address irregularities and drive corrective actions • Implement service strategies aligned with client business objectives • Present strategic reports to management on client trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations • Engage with clients to diagnose service needs and resolve concerns • Ensure interactions, documentation, and resolutions comply with bank policies, regulations, and internal controls • Make risk-informed decisions within BMO’s Risk Management Framework and approved Risk Appetite • Work mostly independently and take on broader accountabilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship, Financial Services, or Service Excellence in a corporate or banking environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing preferred • Related discipline or commensurate work experience considered • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience • Intermediate proficiency in product knowledge • Intermediate proficiency in regulatory compliance • Intermediate proficiency in data analysis • Intermediate proficiency in reporting • Intermediate proficiency in document management • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Problem-solving skills • Collaboration skills • Detail-oriented approach • Teamwork skills • Ability to apply sound, risk-informed judgment within policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
