📋 Description

• Deliver day-to-day critical lending operations, including loan administration and servicing • Execute payments, transactions, service requests and administrative processes within service level agreements • Provide advice and guidance on implementation of solutions • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Respond to standard and non-standard inquiries from business partners and external customers • Integrate information from multiple sources for efficient processes, enhanced analysis and streamlined reporting • Monitor and track performance and address issues • Support change-management execution and sustainment activities • Resolve routine issues and escalate non-routine issues • Distribute, collect and file documentation and information • Serve as a problem-solving resource for junior staff • Participate in planning, testing and implementation of continuous-improvement projects • Check and reconcile information and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Identify and resolve discrepancies and escalate issues as needed • Data-enter, review and verify loan information and documentation • Manage records and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders and support development or implementation of processes and systems • Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Support development of tools and delivery of training • Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and make risk-informed decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business unit products and services, processes and controls • In-depth knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements of the business • Good prioritization skills • In-depth PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • In-depth influence skills • Fluency in French and English • Ability to work with clients and team members inside and/or outside Quebec
