📋 Description

• Provides support and service for the Investment Operations function of BMO’s business stakeholders and customers • Executes and delivers Investment product and service processes while adhering to financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards • Supports change management, including execution and sustainment activities • Acts as a problem-solving resource for more junior staff • Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness • Executes service requests, transactions, and queries within relevant service level agreements • Processes transactions, activities, and services accurately and timely in response to stakeholder requests • Responds to internal and external stakeholder questions and requests • Follows documented policies and procedures and meets all Service Level Agreements • Checks and reconciles information and documentation • Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations • Identifies, analyzes, resolves, or escalates issues and problems • Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders • Develops and maintains stakeholder relationships to fulfill service delivery expectations • Maintains understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks • Collaborates on new processes, systems, and improvements • Supports development of tools and delivery of training • Completes complex and diverse tasks and handles escalations from other employees • Applies BMO’s Risk Management Framework and makes risk-informed decisions aligned with business strategy and applicable policies, laws, and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology – Good • Knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls – Good • Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business – Good • Prioritization skills – Good • Customer service skills – Good • PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Good • Specialized knowledge • Verbal & written communication skills - Good • Organization skills - Good • Collaboration & team skills - Good • Analytical and problem solving skills - Good
