📋 Description

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region • Drive demand for BMS medicines for appropriate patients • Engage healthcare providers through differentiated customer experiences and scientific dialogue consistent with product labeling • Build and maintain professional credibility with regional thought leaders, community-based physicians, HCPs, office staff, and other patient-care stakeholders • Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs and deliver a higher customer experience • Spend substantial time in the field with external customers • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans • Use SOPHIA to derive insights and dynamically inform call plans • Provide feedback on tools to leadership for continuous improvement • Present approved scientific resources and publications to HCPs • Conduct in-office presentations, including lunch-and-learns • Organize external speaker programs and coordinate approved speakers, scheduling, and logistics • Maintain working expertise on emerging data for approved indications • Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries • Collaborate with other field teams • Gather and share customer insights internally • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse • Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly • Experience building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and customer influence networks • Cardiovascular experience preferred • Strong account management skills • Superior selling competencies and proven sales performance track record meeting or exceeding goals • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally • Strong selling and promotional skills • Customer/commercial mindset and ability to drive business results • Experience identifying, engaging, and cultivating credibility with customers across the patient care journey • Problem-solving and account management skills • Understanding of the patient journey • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong learning mindset and passion for science • Ability to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data • Ability to segment HCPs and tailor communication and product presentations • Ability to use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning • Digital communication and technology proficiency • Competency using CE^3 and other software or CRM tools • Ability to use Medical on Call technology • Strong business acumen • High integrity and good judgment • At least 21 years of age • Driver’s license in good standing issued by the state of residence • Acceptable driving risk level as determined by the Company
