📋 Description

• Serve as the primary forecasting and planning owner for the Enterprise channel, partnering with Sales and Account Management to translate pipeline and account-level signals into demand forecasts • Own forecasting methodology and assumptions feeding the overall revenue forecast across DTC, Enterprise, Amazon, and Wholesale • Build and maintain BigQuery-based data pulls • Automate recurring reporting and forecasting workflows • Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and reduce manual, spreadsheet-dependent processes • Represent planning in cross-functional forecast reviews with Sales, Finance, and Product • Translate business context into planning assumptions and vice versa • Partner with Product Development on demand forecasting for new product launches • Build forecast logic for products without historical sell-through • Own lifecycle management strategy, including discontinuation timing and overstock/understock risk • Identify and implement improvements to forecasting models, planning cadences, and tools • Contribute ad hoc analysis for assortment, channel investment, and inventory strategy decisions • Support goals for MAPE, in-stock rate, DIO, and average parcel zone

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in demand planning, merchandising planning, or forecasting • Prior experience in a formal planner-type role ideally • Experience with B2B/non-DTC planning is a strong asset • Ability to operate strategically and upstream, building a point of view on forecast assumptions • Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort presenting forecasts and recommendations to non-planning stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Comfortable writing and optimizing SQL / BigQuery queries • Track record of automating manual, repetitive planning processes • Hands-on experience applying AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar • Advanced Excel experience with complex modeling • Python or similar scripting experience is a strong asset • NPI forecasting or product lifecycle management experience is a bonus
