📋 Description

• Facilitate the monthly S&OP process, including Portfolio Review, Demand Review, and Supply Review meetings • Coordinate planning activities across Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cultivation, and Inventory Management teams • Consolidate assumptions, risks, opportunities, and action plans into a clear view of business performance • Document, communicate, and track decisions and action items to completion • Prepare materials for Executive S&OP discussions and executive decision-making • Escalate business risks, inventory concerns, supply constraints, and cross-functional issues • Support alignment of operational plans, inventory strategies, and financial objectives • Develop and maintain scenario planning models • Analyze operational and financial impacts of planning decisions • Analyze inventory performance and recommend actions supporting inventory, service level, freshness, and working capital objectives • Monitor and report on forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Lead and support initiatives improving planning processes, operational performance, and cross-functional effectiveness • Analyze business performance trends and recommend root-cause actions • Promote best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement • Build relationships across functional areas and facilitate alignment among stakeholders • Influence outcomes through communication and data-driven analysis • Serve as a trusted business partner to leaders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, or a related field • Demonstrated experience working within both Demand Planning and Supply Planning environments • Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, capacity planning, production planning, and supply chain operations • Proven ability to lead cross-functional processes and influence stakeholders without direct authority • Experience supporting senior leadership through analysis, business insights, and recommendations • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change across multiple functional areas • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills • Successful completion of background and reference checks required
