📋 Description

• Oversee delivery of a program with multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery on time, within scope, and on budget • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders • Monitor and report key program performance metrics, including budget, timeline, and other KPIs • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions to keep the program on track • Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining relationships • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, process optimization, and consistent delivery of high-quality results • Drive program growth and client satisfaction by identifying operational excellence opportunities, contributing to proposals, and cultivating long-term partnerships • Serve as primary Account Manager, collaborating with cross-functional Account Managers to achieve program KPIs and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be US Citizens and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs • PMP or PMI-ACP Certification • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills, combined with a strong attention to detail • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders • Ability to build a solid rapport with customers • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks • Capable of aligning overarching strategic goals with the effective execution of detailed, day-to-day operations • Federal government experience or prior work as a federal employee • Experience supporting government agencies or federal contracts
