📋 Description

• Prepare new enrollment contracts and booklets for group sales using the internal contract development system according to submitted applications • Prepare and issue contract amendments and booklets for existing clients based on submitted revision applications • Maintain online contract and booklet files for accurate and accessible records • Communicate with other departments regarding group benefits and unique aspects of group benefits • Verify group benefit enrollments and changes processed by fellow coordinators • Handle, investigate, and resolve complex or problematic enrollment/benefit issues and inquiries • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service • Work under the direction and supervision of the Team Manager, Group Contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred related experience with a good general knowledge of insurance industry practices • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service • Strength in flexibility, innovation, and independence • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team • Planning and organizational skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Satisfactory criminal record check required as a condition of employment following a conditional offer
