📋 Description

• Learn and work with the IT Mainframe Storage Team on researching, evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing mainframe infrastructure systems • Learn and assist with implementation of Mainframe Storage hardware and software • Learn and assist with day-to-day Mainframe Storage operations • Assure compliance with required standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes • Participate in the weekly on-call rotation • Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions • Provide production monitoring and support while meeting scope, target dates, and budgets • Collaborate with IT, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions • Monitor work against production schedules and report progress or issues to leadership • Document technical processes and procedures • Participate in technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions • Collaborate on architecture design and implementation to align solutions with enterprise goals and standards • Perform technical analysis and provide insights for decision-making • Stay current with relevant technologies and industry best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions • 3 years of technical problem-solving, solution implementation, and team/project collaboration experience • 3 years of basic computer science concepts and principles, common operating systems, and development languages/scripting • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience and/or education determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor’s degree • Experience with TS77XX and DS88XX Storage Devices preferred • Experience with OAM, SRDF, CSM, GDPS, Dino UPM preferred • Experience with IBM Spectrum Suite Products preferred • Experience with other 3rd-Party Vendor Storage Products preferred • ServiceNow Software Product for Problem, Change and Incident Management preferred • LINUX and SKLM experience is a plus • Ability to work in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to diverse tasks and projects • Analytical skills focused on detail and accuracy • Ability and interest to learn other technologies • Technical proficiency with data tools and technologies • Experience designing, implementing, and/or supporting large-scale technical solutions • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments • Compliance with company policies, HIPAA, data security guidelines, and applicable laws • No language other than English required • Ability to travel 0%–25%
