📋 Description

• Provide analytical support for perioperative departments using Epic OpTime • Collaborate with clinical staff to understand needs and translate them into analytical solutions • Configure, roll out, and support assigned Epic applications • Define and document requirements • Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software • Participate in Epic OpTime upgrades, testing, and implementation • Analyze system requirements and specifications • Perform and document workflow analysis and evaluate user experience • Maintain application environments and documentation • Configure standardized workflows within Epic environments • Correct issues, conduct routine maintenance, and implement new functionality and technologies • Provide guidance and support to end users • Contribute to and independently manage small to medium projects • Update stakeholders on assigned tasks, projects, and issues • Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex problems • Identify solutions and complete documentation • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules • Associate's degree required, or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree • Epic OpTime Systems Analyst experience or ORIS/PIS management experience preferred • 3 years of healthcare industry experience preferred • Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks at basic to moderate complexity • Excellent customer service skills • Critical thinking skills • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills for managing priorities • Knowledge of project management principles • Epic Application Certification required within 6 months • English; no other language required
