📋 Description

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within OEM, engine distribution, rental equipment, industrial, fluid power, and municipal markets • Manage and grow existing customer relationships while expanding Cattron's market share • Prospect new customers through networking, referrals, trade shows, industry associations, and strategic account development • Conduct customer visits to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate Cattron products and solutions • Provide technical product presentations, demonstrations, and application support to customers • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations to develop customized solutions • Manage all sales opportunities, customer activities, and forecasts through HubSpot CRM • Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, quotations, sales activities, and account plans • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs • Coordinate activities with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support • Represent Cattron at industry trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings • Provide timely sales forecasts, market intelligence, and business updates • Travel throughout the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of success in outside technical sales • Minimum five years of industrial or technical sales experience • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude • Experience in diesel engines, mobile equipment, industrial automation, fluid power, hydraulics, OEM manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or municipal equipment preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) • Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Valid driver's license and passport • Ability to travel approximately 50–60%, including overnight travel
