📋 Description

• Develop believable worlds for Cyberpunk 2 by creating systems and features that enable advanced AI behaviours • Build and maintain core navigation, pathfinding, and avoidance systems for scalable open-world performance • Work closely with designers and developers to understand their needs and enable creation of smart, efficient AI systems • Develop debugging and designer tools for AI systems • Write high-quality, optimized, bug-free code aligned with project goals • Foster cross-functional collaboration so tools contribute effectively to game systems and components

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a programmer within the games industry • Strong proficiency in C++ programming • Knowledge of Unreal Engine • Deep expertise with pathfinding, navigation, and avoidance, ideally in an open world game • Experience with current-gen console hardware • Understanding of geometric algorithms and data structures • Experience developing AI systems in games • Experience writing multithreaded systems • Experience profiling and optimizing code at the systems level • Deep understanding of 3D mathematics • Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges and drive innovation in technology • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
