📋 Description

• Assess relevant patient history, clinical observations, and treatment-related information to support treatment readiness and safe care delivery • Verify prescribed therapies, treatment parameters, and required clinical information prior to care delivery • Respond to patient needs, treatment reactions, and changes in condition during and after therapy • Record assessments, treatment activities, patient responses, and clinical observations • Document patient education, care updates, and follow-up actions • Coordinate appointments, treatment milestones, and care activities with caregivers and healthcare stakeholders • Apply nursing standards, clinical protocols, and documentation requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 6+ years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or a related field required • Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification required • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats • Ability to organize work and maintain attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities • Ability to analyze information and apply problem-solving skills • Ability to present information clearly to varied audiences • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team • Ability to build effective interpersonal working relationships
