📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support, repair, and assistance to retail locations regarding POS software and hardware issues • Repair and maintain Point of Sale terminals, scanners/scales, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, computers, and relevant software • Assist in setting up and installing new hardware and POS-related software • Troubleshoot core system remote devices • Perform computer-related break-fix repairs as needed • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with store staff

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience and knowledge in replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software • Strong understanding of POS hardware, including all peripherals • Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the board level • Capable of repairing terminals, computers, and peripherals at the component level • Proficient in networking • Own equipment, including dual monitors and a strong wired internet connection • Ability to work night shift
