📋 Description

• Conduct skip-level meetings, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews; synthesize insights and drive follow-up actions • Partner with functional leaders on performance management, promotion recommendations, and compensation reviews • Proactively identify and resolve employee issues, providing guidance on documentation and best practices • Interpret and implement People policies and benefits programs, and develop new offerings • Plan and execute rewards trips, swag programs, company retreats, and/or regional meet-ups • Run reporting and analytics, conduct background checks, and project manage • Continuously improve People processes, programs, and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting distributed teams, specifically revenue/sales departments • 2–5 years of experience serving in HR Business Partner and HR Generalist roles • Comfortable working with data sets that drive insights and future action plans • Well versed in state and federal employment law • Proven aptitude to learn new skills and systems quickly • Deep understanding of managing multifaceted projects with numerous stakeholders and delivering results on a timeline • Strong data visualization skills and ability to communicate findings/recommendations to a wide audience • Experience with a modern HR tech stack such as Rippling, GSuite, and Slack is a nice to have
