📋 Description

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze program data and monitor ABC program effectiveness • Conduct research and write content for the SECURED newsletter, guidance pages, and other written communications • Translate complex and technical information into easily understandable terms • Lead end-to-end production of custom microlearning materials and phishing simulations • Engage with university leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements • Help develop training curriculum and phishing testing strategy using visual design and editing software • Configure and maintain content in LMS platforms including KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas • Provide customer support by assessing and addressing customer needs • Lead teams and manage initiatives • Plan and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education • 4 years of relevant experience • SANS Security Awareness Professional Certification or equivalent • Ability to draw on existing resources to solve novel problems • Analytical problem solving • Detail-oriented • Effective written communication • Interpersonal communication • Oral communications • Excellent research and writing skills; able to translate complex technical information into understandable terms (preferred)
