📋 Description

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications • Provide relevant market data and recommendations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies • Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements • Deliver strong candidate slates and build talent pipelines • Keep candidates engaged through timely progress updates • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details • Use market data and compensation guidelines to support offer recommendations • Mentor Recruiters and other team members • Act as a client brand ambassador throughout the recruitment cycle • Provide proactive and timely communication on search status • Provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience) • Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting • Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition • 3-5 years pharmaceutical Research and Development (R&D) recruitment experience strongly preferred • Fluent English essential • Availability to work Monday to Friday standard days during Central or Eastern time
