📋 Description

• Conduct full-cycle technical and non-technical searches from sourcing through screening, scheduling, and closing • Own searches end to end, managing the recruiting desk from intake to close with autonomy and urgency • Source candidates creatively and persistently, including passive candidates • Identify where strong candidates can be found and attract their attention • Work directly with hiring managers to shape roles and advise when specifications do not match the market • Improve recruiting processes that create delays • Recruit across engineering, research, product, partnerships, and other company functions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience closing strong candidates in competitive markets • Technical recruiting experience is a big plus • Comfortable working with little structure or direction • Strong writing skills • Ability to run several searches simultaneously and work with urgency • Ability to identify exceptional candidates and make judgment calls without relying on a checklist • Ability to work across engineering, research, product, partnerships, and non-technical hiring • Ability to handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and offer details independently • Work authorization or visa sponsorship status must be provided in the application
