📋 Description

• Build AI-natively, using AI as the default starting point for engineering problems • Own technical strategy and architecture evolution for a domain • Break down ambiguity and take ownership of cross-team project outcomes • Invent interfaces for autonomous software delivery, generated fixes, and developer judgment • Build end-to-end, scalable full-stack features in Go, React, and TypeScript • Partner with Product and Engineering Management to translate business goals into technical strategy • Drive monitoring and alerting strategy using Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar • Mentor multiple engineers and create systems and documentation for knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of production full-stack experience • Experience building and owning systems that other engineers build on • AI-native engineering practices; use AI tools daily and articulate what was built and how they changed the approach • Strong React and TypeScript frontend skills • Strong Go backend skills • API design, data modeling, and service integration • System design across multiple domains, systems, and teams • Ability to make architecture tradeoffs and document reasoning • Business acumen connecting the technical domain to the broader business • Technical leadership, mentoring, direct feedback, and participation in reviews and design discussions
