📋 Description

• Design and implement agent workflows, orchestration templates, and reusable components for the Agentic SDLC framework • Harden and extend the Agentic SDLC framework while maintaining delivery speed • Design, implement, and operate MCP servers and integrations with core systems • Ensure connectors are versioned, tested, monitored, and least-privilege by default • Build and maintain eval harnesses, regression suites, CI quality gates, and scoring infrastructure • Instrument token spend, latency, eval pass rates, and usage across production agent workflows • Build dashboards and alerts for AI cost, quality, and workflow unit economics • Implement permissioning, audit trails, versioning, and output controls for government-context work • Build skill and template libraries, onboarding flows, self-serve AI tooling, and feedback loops • Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager, owning implementation and much of the technical scope • Take operational ownership of connectors and eval harnesses and improve framework reliability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a software engineer shipping production systems • At least 1–2 years building LLM-powered or agentic systems that real users depend on • Strong distributed systems, API design, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and coding agents such as Claude Code and LangGraph, or equivalents • Experience with MCP or comparable tool protocols • Experience with structured outputs and eval-driven development • Knowledge of context management, supported by data-driven decision-making • Ability to operate with high autonomy in a small pod • Comprehensive background check required before joining • Experience in regulated or public-sector software, DevOps/platform engineering, internal developer platforms, and LLM cost and quality optimization are nice to have
