📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Cloudera's ServiceNow platform across HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management • Keep the platform healthy and configure new services • Turn manual processes into reliable, measurable workflows • Work with HR systems, IT operations and service owners across the business • Take over from implementation partners as the platform moves into steady state • Perform daily administration of users, groups, roles and access controls • Configure and maintain HR Service Delivery, including HR services, Centres of Excellence, SLAs, flows and assignment rules • Configure and maintain ITSM processes, including incident, request, change and knowledge • Create and maintain service catalog items for HR and IT services • Support the accuracy and health of the CMDB and related data • Test and validate new features, upgrades and enhancements using Update Sets and platform standards • Document configurations, procedures and standard operating processes • Act as the first point of contact for service owners requesting platform changes

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience • ServiceNow HRSD experience, including HR Case Management and HR Agent Workspace • Working knowledge of core ITSM processes: incident, request, change and knowledge • Experience with catalog management and Flow Designer • A disciplined approach to platform standards, change control and documentation • Strong communication and collaboration skills • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) may also be required/preferred • Certified Implementation Specialist, HR (CIS-HR) or ITSM (CIS-ITSM) may also be required/preferred • Experience of one or more ServiceNow implementations may also be required/preferred • CMDB or ITOM experience may also be required/preferred • Scripting experience in JavaScript (Glide API) may also be required/preferred
