📋 Description

• Monitor system performance and availability and rectify identified issues • Respond to incidents involving batch jobs, message queues, system integration components, and end-user reports • Analyze incident root causes using incident response plans • Fix root causes and recover damaged data to prevent recurrence • Build monitoring and alerting systems to discover errors • Use development tools to analyze problems • Develop tools for ecosystem monitoring and self-diagnosis • Adopt best practices and continuously improve systems and processes to enhance reliability and performance • Maintain the health of applications and services and ensure smooth, reliable operation and excellent user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience • Knowledge of software engineering • Proficiency in one or more programming languages • Knowledge of system administration and managing production environments • Proficiency using monitoring and logging tools • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools is an asset • Successful completion of a background check as a condition of employment • Availability for a rotational on-call schedule during evenings and weekends • Availability for extended work hours, including evenings and weekends • English-language operation
