📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Core recruiters, setting clear expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes • Partner with senior leadership across CX, Security, ESTO, and People Success on workforce planning and hiring priorities • Own recruiting operations for your portfolio, ensuring team structure and capacity flex with shifting business priorities • Drive hiring process improvements by analyzing pipeline data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes that improve speed and quality of hire • Build a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience across the full cycle (talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, closing), with 3+ years leading and developing recruiting teams • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning • Track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced technology environments • Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for leadership • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
