📋 Description

• Partner closely with site-level hiring managers in the US to understand workforce needs • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other key functions • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and techniques • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions • Monitor and improve key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and candidate experience • Assist with university recruiting efforts and support Talent Acquisition COE projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred • 3-5 years of recruitment experience is required, 5+ preferred • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, metals, aerospace, or similar production environments strongly preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency with SuccessFactors ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed • Knowledge of labor market trends and talent pipelines in manufacturing
