📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Head of Finance and Strategy and the Financial Planning team to help scale the financial planning offering • Support the design and delivery of a differentiated member service model • Contribute ideas and structure as the function grows, focusing on member experience, member outcomes, and operational efficiency • Work directly with plan members to build and review comprehensive financial plans, focusing on retirement readiness and retirement income planning • Use digital tools to model scenarios, provide recommendations, and help members take action • Support members across planning needs in a digital-first environment while maintaining a high-touch human experience • Develop and deliver financial education initiatives, including webinars, articles, and other digital content • Translate complex financial topics into clear, practical, and engaging guidance • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other internal teams • Help build the team’s capacity and scale the financial planning practice

🎯 Requirements

• You hold your CFP® designation • Experience providing holistic financial planning to individuals • Skilled at presenting to groups virtually • Experience contributing to written content such as articles or guides • Comfortable using financial planning software • Nice to have: Experience in the group retirement or benefits industry • Nice to have: Experience with Conquest financial planning software • Nice to have: Experience as an advice-only financial planner • Nice to have: Fluency in French
