📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical, operational, customer-facing, hourly/field, salaried, and leadership roles • Manage 10–20 active requisitions and support approximately 70+ annual hires • Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans • Drive efficient recruiting processes balancing speed and candidate quality • Manage candidate communication, scheduling, screening, interviews, references, and offers • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to leadership • Present standing recruiting updates and resourcing recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team • Maintain job descriptions, requisition workflows, ATS data, confidentiality, and compliance • Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, professional networks, and proactive channels • Represent ComputerCare at career fairs, networking events, community initiatives, and industry events • Provide hiring-manager training and coaching on interviews, candidate evaluation, and candidate experience • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on diversity, equity, and inclusion • Support new-hire orientation and onboarding activities • Perform other duties assigned by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a physical asset management, field services, or multi-site operations environment • Demonstrated ability to manage 10–20 concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple platforms • Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and candidate care • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, including Lever, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Ability to partner with and respectfully challenge senior leadership and hiring managers • Unrestricted right to work in the United States, including natural citizens and Green Card holders
