📋 Description

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and outcomes. • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution. • Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, and governance processes to improve delivery predictability and transparency. • Facilitate stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive updates on progress, risks, and key decisions. • Support planning, prioritization, capacity discussions, and sequencing of work across teams. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, operating rhythms, and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or programs within Product, Technology, Operations, or related environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong execution discipline and stakeholder alignment. • Experience influencing outcomes and driving accountability across teams without direct authority. • Strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance experience. • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills. • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and bring structure to complex initiatives. • Bachelor's degree required. • PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred.
