• Manage an assigned territory to drive sales growth and market share for obstetric and gynecological products • Educate and sell Cord Blood collection and point-of-care products for women’s health • Meet or exceed territory sales goals by developing and executing an effective sales plan • Identify and develop leads for new business across all channels • Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on hospitals, physician offices, clinics, labor and delivery units, and birth centers • Provide clinical and technical product support • Maintain pricing integrity and contractual agreements according to company policies • Complete product and clinical training requirements and maintain proficiency in product knowledge, market trends, disease states, and competitive offerings • Use data analytics to optimize territory management and inform strategic decisions • Represent the company at local, regional, and national meetings and conventions as required • Complete training modules, expense reports, business plans, CRM updates, and Power BI reporting accurately and on time • Expand existing accounts and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of the medical device arena, preferably with a concentration in women’s healthcare • Comprehension of the region’s diverse healthcare systems • Aptitude for engaging and motivating by providing product and sales training to company partners • Effective territory planning • Large geographical territory management experience • Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization • Customer focused • Results oriented • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal day-to-day management • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. • Requires travel by automobile and some flight travel • Passing of a background check, which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records • Appropriate dress attire aligned with customer call settings and facilities • 1–5 years of documented and verifiable successful medical sales experience, preferably in women’s health • Experience negotiating pricing • A bachelor’s degree is required
