📋 Description
• Provide consultative, project-based and hands-on support to Regional Account Leadership and team members • Partner in the execution and delivery of value-added HR services such as strategic talent management, performance management, and compensation planning • Build strong relationships with managers and employees to provide effective HR guidance and coaching • Collaborate with HR leadership on key compensation initiatives and talent acquisition efforts • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives • Conduct on-site internal investigations involving employment incidents and prepare comprehensive investigation reports
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Strong business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
