📋 Description
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instruments in hospital laboratory environments. • Completing troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance and service repair needs on designated instrumentation. • Completing preventative maintenance, field modifications, instrument repairs and work order/service documentation on time and accurately. • Occasionally available to travel across Canada, to support various sites.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical degree in biomedical, laboratory, electronics or related field with a minimum of 1 years of experience troubleshooting, installing, performing maintenance on laboratory equipment at customer sites OR 1 years of mechanical or electrical experience • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written • Ability to travel to the United States for training. • Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs.
