📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts involving automobile, property, and general liability exposures • Establish and implement client-specific Best Handling Practices • Respond to client and internal stakeholder inquiries and concerns • Create and maintain Service Level Agreements and Claims Handling Process/Guideline documents • Conduct regular stewardship and client-facing meetings • Support financial and production targets through KPI management • Manage adjuster performance through quality assurance reviews, audits, meetings, and complaint management • Review operational dashboard KPI targets weekly • Provide potential leadership, guidance, and mentoring to a dedicated adjusting team • Act in a consultative and advisory capacity on claims matters and technical issues • Participate in RFP processes for new business and existing client contract renewals

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and/or CIP/FCIP Designation • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Property & Casualty claims adjusting • Multi-provincial experience preferred • Fully licensed in Ontario or able to become fully licensed in Ontario and other provinces • Strong communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and negotiating • Ability to adapt communication style to the audience • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize conflicting priorities • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to learn new technical systems • Proactive and positive approach to customer service • Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to speak and write French is an asset
