📋 Description

• Lead a team of recruiters and own day-to-day recruiting execution across the company • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across engineering, research, and go-to-market to set priorities and build strong pipelines • Manage recruiting team priorities, capacity, performance, and accountability for outcomes • Personally conduct sourcing, interviewing, closing, and complex searches when needed • Build Human+AI workflows for sourcing, screening, research, and pipeline operations • Identify recurring work and create processes, automation, and tooling to eliminate it • Use funnel health, capacity, and conversion data to diagnose recruiting problems and root causes • Coach team members, provide direct feedback, set expectations, support career growth, and raise team capability • Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and drive strong hiring decisions • Challenge senior stakeholders when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5–8 years of recruiting experience, including experience leading or managing recruiters, or equivalent demonstrated experience • Experience hiring across technical and go-to-market functions in a high-growth technology or AI company • Experience recruiting for engineering and/or research roles • Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Metaview, and Juicebox • Experience building AI-assisted recruiting workflows or automation that meaningfully improved recruiting team operations • Comfort adopting new AI models and modes quickly and integrating AI into workflows • Ability to experiment, adapt, think on one's feet, and learn constantly • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located; visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
