📋 Description

• Provide audiological phone support to customers, including fitting, troubleshooting, software support and instrument selection • Conduct technical product reviews • Collaborate with Sales and Training, with possible travel requirements • Participate in seminars, workshops and product launches • Support audiological and technical activities including testing, hearing-aid fitting, programming software and verification equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialization • 2+ years of experience within a clinical environment • Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Experience selecting and fitting hearing instruments and FM systems • Knowledge and experience with audiological testing, hearing-aid fitting, programming software and verification equipment • Strong customer service and presentation skills • Excellent time management and negotiation skills • Strong technical problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal, is mandatory
