📋 Description

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention • Assist members and clients who have specialized needs and advise them on specialized products and services • Discuss organizational realities with external professionals • Help clients reach their financial goals, develop solutions tailored to their needs, and negotiate terms • Prospect for, identify and develop new business opportunities • Balance member/client satisfaction, profitability and risk • Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in the field • Provide customer service and sell specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels • Develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients • Review special requests for specialized products and services • Develop integrated offers for Desjardins products and services • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with organizational standards and procedures • Analyze member/client needs and implement personalized solutions

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Customer Focus • Drive results • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning • Situational adaptability
