📋 Description

• Serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims • Handle low-complexity property insurance claims and all types of auto insurance claims • Investigate and approve claims in accordance with organizational standards and policies • Use decision-making skills to solve problems and develop solutions • Negotiate claims settlements and enter into agreements with members, clients, third parties and others • Assist members, clients and practitioners • Conduct investigations to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, review reports and documents, and determine settlement amounts • Settle claims according to standards, policies, quality commitments and contract terms • Work with all parties involved in claims • Negotiate agreements with providers

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Action oriented • Communicates effectively • Customer Focus • Decision quality • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning • Tech savvy
