📋 Description

• Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes • Develop and help implement objectives, solutions and action plans • Recommend changes to disability management strategies and processes • Review files to verify medical and rehabilitation action plans • Recommend measures to help insureds recover and return to work • Coordinate obtaining diagnoses and medical opinions to verify treatment plans • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports • Handle cases requiring specialized intervention and develop strategies • Negotiate return-to-work terms with clients and practitioners, including attending physicians • Advise and assist clients and partners on intervention and development initiatives • Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities • Coordinate and interact with stakeholders working in other fields

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of four years of relevant experience • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients • Ambiguity, Business insight, Collaborates, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning
