📋 Description

• Serve members and clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products, and help members and clients choose coverage • Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts • Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed • Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Develop business partnerships to generate referrals • Develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients • Analyze member/client needs and develop custom solutions • Represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required • Ability to learn quickly and use technology effectively • Complexity • Customer Focus • Ensures accountability • Interpersonal Savvy • Nimble learning • Tech savvy
