• Take calls on patient inquiries, product/service concerns, and technical issues relating to Dexcom products • Serve as first point of contact for patients and medical professionals on technical and service matters • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure customer satisfaction • Respond to patient phone calls and emails with troubleshooting tips and specific instructions • Review and discuss data with patients and provide phone training when needed • Onboard new patients to Dexcom CGM • Act as a point of contact for healthcare professionals • Handle daily inbound and outbound patient contact, including answering and placing calls • Assist patients with device functionality and ongoing use of Dexcom CGM systems • Triage and disposition patient inquiries • Prospect and contact new patients • Describe the benefits of CGM and Dexcom, determine patient need and fit, including financial feasibility • Educate patients and healthcare professionals on CGM, Dexcom product functionality, competitor comparisons, and diabetes • Manage assigned territory pipeline for prompt follow-up and execution • Conduct benefit investigations and communicate coverage to customers • Achieve monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics • Use and maintain software and databases to document and analyze patient and product information, send replacements and samples, and perform patient follow-up • Train and mentor new team members • Document and facilitate rollout of new processes with management • Participate in new product training as required • Comply with quality system, regulatory, patient confidentiality, and privacy requirements
• Language fluency in both English and French preferred – written and oral communication • Ability to multitask while handling sales and problem-solving matters • Strong customer service skills and excellent phone acumen • Proven track record in customer service and advanced selling techniques • Experience overcoming objections and closing for business • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Effective listening skills and ability to communicate accurately and effectively in person, over the telephone, through email, and other business correspondence • Superior phone acumen and ability to show empathy to customers • Minimum of 4–6 years of related experience • High School diploma/certificate or equivalent • Ability to comply with quality system, regulatory requirements, and patient confidentiality and privacy requirements • 5–15% travel required
