• Support 3 districts in Florida within the Stores operational structure and 32+ store locations • Partner directly with District Managers, Store Managers, and other business leaders on talent, culture, and capability • Administer performance evaluation processes and influence future processes with the Talent COE • Establish performance improvement plans and guide managers on performance-related matters • Implement and influence training and development programs • Oversee onboarding and provide ongoing coaching • Lead succession planning with district leadership • Use coaching, assessment, and observation to develop talent for future leadership success • Address teammate concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment • Conduct or supervise investigations and maintain documentation • Ensure recruitment processes and best practices meet staffing needs • Support talent acquisition for unique staffing challenges and hard-to-hire situations • Create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and assess candidates • Promote data-driven selection of diverse and high-caliber talent • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations • Guide management on legal and ethical employment practices • Drive consistent deployment of compensation and benefits programs • Use HR metrics and data analysis for continuous improvement • Generate reports and insights on HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and cultural dynamics • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • 7-10 years of total experience • Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and other relevant software tools • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time (2 weeks on average monthly) • PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certification preferred, but not required • Master's degree preferred
