• Manage the Shared Care Committee and Strategic Initiatives analytics portfolio supporting initiatives and operations • Lead and integrate analyst-team activities with the work plan and strategic objectives • Support strategic decision-making at Shared Care Committee and leadership levels • Oversee design and implementation of evaluation projects supporting system and organizational learning • Provide evaluation and knowledge-management support and advice to partners and staff • Oversee development and maintenance of qualitative and quantitative analytics infrastructure, including staff and system capacity, tools, measurement frameworks, reports, and knowledge-sharing strategies • Respond to emerging provincial needs and trends • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on evaluation and measurement for quality improvement • Lead reporting and evaluation functions and oversee analyses • Develop frameworks, operational plans, documentation, and meeting materials • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, Ministry of Health, and Health Authority partners
• Master’s degree and/or recognized professional designation, and up to six years of progressive and related experience; or bachelor’s degree with equivalent level of related work experience and specialized training • Expertise in evaluation, quality improvement, data visualization, and measurement for results • Experience managing a wide variety of projects simultaneously • Experience in planning, evaluation, performance measurement, and change management strategies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent writing skills and ability to develop clear and concise communications, briefing notes, and reports • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong consultation and meeting facilitation skills • Expertise with stakeholder relations and developing shared goals across diverse groups • Experience supervising and managing teams in complex systems and working with senior and executive management • Experience with team building, staff development, and coaching • Ability to self-manage a varied, flexible work schedule and meet project deadlines and deliverables • Strong knowledge of healthcare and specialty care systems and experience working with physicians preferred
